Achitex was set up in 1981 as a chemical specialties and auxiliaries producer for the textiles industry. Over the years, the range of products on offer has progressively extended and now the 1,200 products available cater for all application sectors and any manufacturing need.

Achitex has developed new products for a variety of business sectors over the years, which presently also include the Adhesives Industry for paper cones, lubricants for the Glassmaking Industry as well as specialties for the Building Industry.

Through continual expansion of its markets and a desire to increase the product range offered for various application sectors, Achitex has integrated several renowned industrial realities into a number of countries around the world over time, resulting in the creation of the Achitex Group as it stands today.
